Starter Pack is missing

Yesterday I purchased both X via Envato market & upgrade via Themeco to pro. & Template starter pack is missing. I used a link from forum to import & still showing zero templates.

Are you no longer doing the starter pack? I am having a bigger issue when I connect my shop to woocommerce it goes blank. (It is only the shop page) The other pages work even other woocommerce products & shopping cart. I have already went through your troubleshooting list. checking if everything it up to date, checking all plugins etc. Please Help!

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and confirm that your shop page, is the one that is set as Shop page from the dropdown menu. Then navigate to Settings > Permalinks and save it without changing anything, If that does not work please provide us login credentials on a secure note so we can take a closer look.

And can you give us more info on where is this https://candupix.com/store/ URL is used for?

Regarding the starter pack, yes we retire those as Design Cloud has a more ready-made template design, and we are adding more templates to it.

It is for digital downloads. That does not fix the problem. It will work on x theme. not the pro. I will send my login in secure note.

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I went ahead and activated the Pro theme and checked your site. It seems that you have created a custom Shop Archive page through the Layout builder. I checked your layout, it seems that there might be some issue with the layout’s section. I went ahead and change the layout assignment condition and the default shop page works fine.

Good Morning, Thank you for the screenshots. They are helpful. I opened & my site was on X theme pointing to the one named Store. I changed theme to pro (Store & shop are both still blank) I cleared my brower cache Still empty.

The Store page is showing fine on our end (https://prnt.sc/11sjwrc), try checking on incognito mode or clear your browser’s cache.

Regarding the Shop page, that page is literally empty (https://prnt.sc/11sk0n6)

Sorry but this is confusing to us, you need to clarify what is supposed to be the content of Store page and what is supposed to be the content of Shop page so we can guide you properly (https://prnt.sc/11sk2jw).

I have reactivated the PRO, please do not switch that back to X.
