Standard Testimonial Carousel Slider

Hi.

I would like to use the Standard Testimonial Carousel Slider, and I’ve downloaded the Expansion Pack. But I’m struggeling to make this work. Could you please help me out?

I thought the pack includes all settings and details so that from start, the slider looks the same as the one on the course. But mine is all blank. And there seems to be no looper provider with code – as seen in the course.

Maybe I’m doing this all wrong. I’m familiar with using content as templates. But presets is new for me. I started with a div element in a section. And then placed the Standard Testimonial Carousel Slider from presets.

Could you please try to explain this for me?

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not very clear what process you have followed to import the Expansion Pack and used it in the Page. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Now when looking at it it’s suddenly visible. Very strange. But it doesn’t look as the example as the demo on your site. Could you please tweek it a little so it looks as the example here; https://theme.co/modern-sliders/.

The page with the slider is called; Om Adminsenter NY

Hi Christian,

Unfortunately, the Admin URL of your website is not accessible and shows the ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error. I would suggest you check that and let us know once it is ready to access.

Hi Christian,

We are from different parts of the World, I would suggest you remove the Country restriction temporarily for further investigation. If that is not possible, you can copy your live site to a staging server without country restrictions, so we could troubleshoot freely from anywhere.

You should now be able to login (hopefully). My webmaster have made changes so it should be possible to gain access from all the world.

But could you please make some changes so the slider goes full width? So it looks as the example here; https://theme.co/modern-sliders/.

Another thing – where do I find the code for the looper provider (to change text and images)?

Hi Christian,

You need to uncheck the Global Container option from the Row to make it full-width. I went ahead and set it for the page now the slider is full-width.
