Staging Activation key

Apologies if this has already been covered, ive tried to find an answer but wants able to. When using a stage site, where do I put the activation key as im concerned it won’t replicate on both.

Hello Adam,

Thanks for writing to us.

In case if you are talking about theme validation or your staging server theme is not validated you need to put your licence key in X/Pro > Validation.

In case if you are talking about, where to add the staging server URL? For that, you need to go to your Themeco account dashboard -->Click on the domain name—>Add Staging

Thanks, so if I put the activation code in the staging and put both urls in them themeco site it won’t then say that I have already used the code when I then move from the staging site?

Hello Adam,

For each license code, you are allowed to assign two URLs and that is for the production and the staging site. Once you have assigned it, you can validate the theme in both site URLs. As long as you have assigned the URLs, it won’t then say that I have already used the code when I then move from the staging site.
