Slow loading, maybe Design Cloud?

Hi team,

currently the page speed is terrible slow.

We don’t know if it’s design cloud related (because we imported or used many elements). Do you know if it’s theme-related, or design cloud related…?

Every little customazation was written here in the DB, with over 3550 entries quite solid.

Can you please copy your live site to a staging server to investigate and find out the reason behind the slow loading.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

It seems that your theme is not updated. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• WordPress 5.7
• PHP 7.4

I have checked your staging URL but it still redirect it to your live site. I have also found that there are so many JavaScript loading console error that might be the reason behind your issue. If that is not the case, please provide login credentials for your staging site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
