Sliders not showing after slider revolution update. They say not migrated

Hi ThemeCo
I have a couple of sites with Pro, Cornerstone and Slider Revolution. When I update Slider Revolution the sliders shop showing on the front end. When I go to the back end the sliders are there with an orange label saying ‘not migrated’ and I cannot click on them.

For now I have reverted to an old version of Slider Revolution.

Please can you help?
Thanks

Hello Tamsin,

Thanks for writing to us.

We’ve released a new theme update that fixes issues with Slider Revolution 7 and our Classic Slider Revolution element. Please update to the latest version, clear the cache, and recheck it.

Thanks

Hi,

I am having the same issue. Updating and clearing the cache did not seem to help. Any other hints to fix?

Thank you!
Melanie

Same here… no sliders on 30+ sites after update to 6.8.3! I was able to get 1 slider back, which is a Premium slider by re-verifying the license w/Slider Rev. The rest of our sites say the license is invalid, but the license is bundled with Pro and X, so nothing I can do there. Most sites use the slider on the homepage, but some use it on multiple pages, so it is critical for my clients. I have tried using my unlimited Pro license key but it shows “license key invalid”.

Hello Tamsin,

Follow the steps laid out by @ChadAustin here: Slider Revolution Issue. “not migrated”

Once you have installed the SR6 version, load your slider in the SR Editor and hit the save button. This would update your slider data, preformatted and ready for the SR7 update. Once you have updated to the SR7 version, the “Not Migrated” should be gone next to your slider.

@comstarsupport:
You cannot use the Pro Unlimited License to validate the RevSlider. A Pro unlimited license can be used to validate only the Pro theme. You would need a dedicated RevSlider license for the RevSlider.

Best Regards.

Thanks Tamsin. Is it necessary to do so with each slider in use on a website? We have one site with over 70 sliders total.

Hello @comstarsupport,

Yes, you have to because that is the only way to format the Slider Data and migrate to the SR7 version.

Thanks.
