Slider Revolution won't update

I’d like to update Slider Revolution to the latest version, but it’s not showing that there is an update available. I have Pro validated.

You can update the plugin from Plugins page, by clicking the “update now” option in the automatic update notifications.
If you are not getting any automatic update notice in the Plugins page, please deactivate and delete the existing version from Plugins page and re-install it from X/Pro > Validation.
You will get the updated version of all the plugins in this way.

It was installed through Pro > Validation to begin with.
Do you think deleting it and reinstalling it may resolve the problem?

Also, if I delete it I will lose the slides that are currently there, correct?

Hi @marketfresh,

If you delete and reinstall your Revolution Slider, you won’t lose your data. I strongly suggest you backup your website first before doing anything so that you can revert is back if something happens.
