Slider Revolution Update Failed

Hi

I’m trying to update Slider Revolution on X Theme site http://www.3dlasermapping.com/

I’ve tried updating the app on the plugins page but it fails and I receive the error “Update Failed: The package could not be installed.” Then I have tried updating within the Slider Revolution App itself and there is a similar error which says “An error occurred while updating Slider Revolution: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.”

I have tried having a look elsewhere for a solution, but nothing seems specific to X theme, or it’s a little too over my head.

Could somebody please help me out or explain in simple terms how I can go about updating the plugin?

Hi,

Please try to re-validate your theme. Revoke your license and do the entire process of validating again.

If that doesn’t help, you may update manually using FTP.
