Slider Revolution Error in X Theme

I’ve been having this issue for the last few months. One of the PHP error logs keeps growing to 32GB and maxing out our storage on our server. The error log is full of the following, repeating itself over and over and over:

[16-May-2020 11:41:46 UTC] PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countble in /home/athens29/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slider.class.php on line 2137
[16-May-2020 11:41:46 UTC] PHP Warning: array_pop() expects parameter 1 to be array, bool given in /home/athen29/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slider.class.php on line 2138

Those are the 3 errors that we keep getting. Any idea on how to fix?

Thank you!

Hello Marc,

Thanks for writing in! Can you please confirm that you have updates to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 3.2.3
  • Slider Revolution 6.2.8
  • WP core 5.3.2 or higher
  • PHP version 7.2 or higher

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
