Slider revolution don't work anymore

Hello,

i didn’t work on my website for like 2-3 month, and after a big update of everything, Xtheme, wordpress, plugin…
Sliders from the plugin slider revolution are not working anymore…

I tried to deactivate all plugin but it changed nothing

Another problem : Cornerstone => Accordion
when i clic on it nothing happen

Hey Gregory,

Thanks for writing in! I went ahead and resolved the issue by disabling the “Include libraries globally” option in the Slider Revolution settings.

Hi Ruenel,

I’m having a similar problem with Slider Revolution. I didn’t touch slider revolution for several months but now when I went to edit my existing sliders, it’s not working. Please check this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/r9ln83 and there’s no sub-menus even when I’m clicking on the options red marked, doesn’t do anything. Also when I clicked directly to the sliders here: it’s showing a loading page that says “preparing data” but doesn’t load anything, screenshot: http://prntscr.com/r9lo9k

Can you please give me a solution?

Hello Alessandro,

When I edit your slider, I do not encounter any issues. This is what I am seeing.

I am just not sure on the given screenshots since we do not have access to it.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have shared access to the website. I’m still seeing the same thing that I showed to you through screenshots. I can’t edit any slider, I have multiple ones using in my website, in fact I have used 3 in the front page.

Hey Alessandro,

We need to test deactivating third-party plugins in your site but since it’s live, doing that could disrupt the operation in your live site. Is that OK?

If not, please copy your live site to a staging server and give us Staging WP Admin and FTP access instead.

Also, is @gmeynaud your other account? I asked because you posted login credentials in the original poster’s thread and the secure note can be seen by the original poster or thread owner. If that is ok, we can continue on this thread.

If that’s not ok, please create your own thread and update your live site’s username and password. Since you already started a discussion here, just post a link to this thread for reference.
