You can deactivate the plugin but when you reactivate it again, will I get back all the features/contents related to those plugins automatically or I’ll have create all the systems/features again manually?

If it’s automatic, then please deactivate and investigate the issue further. If not then let me know.

Hey Alessandro,

Regretfully, we couldn’t say what will happen to your plugins if we deactivate them so we can’t do that. It would be best to copy your live site to a staging server instead so we avoid the risk of breaking your live site.

I just got to know that on the Revolution Slider’s developer website, there’s updated slider version 6.2.1 released on February and 6.2.2 that released just yesterday 7th March. But interestingly, on my website the version is still 6.1.8 and I’m getting no notification for updates.

I’m using Theme X and getting update notifications for every other plugins, in fact I just updated another 3 plugins except Revolution Slider. This is how it looks in the plugin page: https://prnt.sc/rdab5w

I believe this is the reason. Can you please take another look and give me a possible solution?

Hey Alessandro,

6.1.8 is the latest bundled version according to our Version Compatibility list here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. That means that we are not ready to release 6.2.2 yet.

You can kindly wait or copy your site to a staging server so we can investigate while waiting for 6.2.2.
