Hello, I accidentally changed a setting on a page on my website and now all of my site has no left & right padding. Can you direct me to where I customize sitewide padding? Otherwise I’m having to go into each page, each block and update padding.

It might be the issue of cache or custom CSS code issue I would suggest you please purge all the cache and remove the custom CSS code then recheck it. If it doesn’t work for you I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
