hi my site crashed and now won’t validate my hosting say its cornerstone and to contact you

Unfortunately, there is no issue found on your site. if you are still having the same issue, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
It has been also found that you haven’t validated the license for Cornerstone yet, I would recommend you to validate the license by following the process described in this article: https://theme.co/docs/installation-and-validation#how-to-validate-your-theme

Hi we managed to get it working by deactivating cornerstone as there is a conflict with cornerstone and x theme. Website now looks like it is suppose to but can not update as can’t update because of cornerstone conflict

Hi Gavin,

I was able to update your X theme from 7.2.3 to 8.0.10 by deleting your cornerstone plugin and install it again after I updated the theme.

You have uploaded Logo-Vector.svg. Please export your image into a jpeg or a png image format.

I checked your site, it seems that you have uploaded a blue circle in place of superfly menu logo. In case if it is your logo then it is loading fine. In case if you have set this by mistake, please upload correct logo there.

this isn’t my logo if you check my site in safari this is how it should be displayed in chrome superfly hamburger is missing

Hello Gavin,

Kindly go to the Plugins section and temporarily deactivate Asset Cleanup and W3 Total Cache plugin.

Go to Superfly > Menu Items > Identity and make sure that you have uploaded the logo.

In your Safari, clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Once everything is working, you can re-activate your optimizing plugins.

thanks how do I stop the theme requesting these google fonts

the theme seems to be requesting them several times I don’t want to use google fonts
