Site validation keeps revereting back to not validated

Each time I enter the purchase code, the site is now saying not validated… I have tried going in and validating in incognito mode etc however, nothing is working. Wasted a good chunk of time on this, please assist.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for writing in, do you have caching features on your site? Please Purge All those caching and deactivate it for a while then try to validate the site again.

If that does not work, please try deactivating all your plugin (except Cornerstone) then try to validate.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Hi!

I’m having the same issue. I haven’t found any cache services and all plugins are deactivated but validation automatically reverts.

I’ll try and attach a secure note with credentials.

I have validated your site. Please have a look at your website and let us know. I perform these steps on your website the vaildate it.

1. Go to Cornerstone—>Settings —>System—>Style Cache
2. Settings —>Permalink—>Plain then reset to Post name
