License appears to be validated then reverts back

Hi there,

I seem to be having the same issue as some other users. When I activate my license, it says the site is now validated, but then it reverts back.

The site shows up in my account as activated.

I have disabled all plugins and have tried many of the suggestions listed in the forum such as this one: Site validation keeps revereting back to not validated but nothing is working.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Alexis,

It seems that there is an issue with the cache, I went ahead and activated the SiteGround Optimizer plugin and purge all the cache from the plugin after that deactivated the plugin. I went ahead and validated the theme. Please check your site backend it is validated now.

Please you must purge all the cache before deactivating the cache plugin.
