Site update and validation

Hello, I am trying to fix a site for a client - the site currently uses the ‘X’ theme, and I just bought a new license in order to fix the site.

Here is the site: https://urbanconnectionrealty.com/

But I’ve run into several problems so far. The most critical problems is validation. When I add the new validation key and hit enter, I get sent to this page:
https://urbanconnectionrealty.com/wp-admin/admin.php?

I can give someone on your team temporary Admin credentials, if that will help validate the license faster. Please let me know - thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.

It seems you’re validating it on an old Edge browser build, it’s known to cause issues with forms in which POST request turns into GET request (URL request). Would you mind validating it on chrome?

Hi Rad,

I tried validating on Firefox, Chrome, and Vivaldi browsers. The same thing happened each time. I enter the brand new validation key, hit enter as requested, and the browser goes here: https://urbanconnectionrealty.com/wp-admin/admin.php?
