Hi,
When I oped my website on a large screen (50" LCD display) I saw that the global container of the header and that of the body content do not align, as they do on a computer screen or smaller. In the Cornerstone Options, the “site width” and “site width max” are set to 82% and 1200px, respectively, which are the default values, so I expect the the global container to be 82% both in the header and body content, regardless of screen size. But it looks like there is a screen size dependency on header, as the global container was less than 82% on a 50" LCD display and misalign with the body content.
When I increased the “site width max” from 1200px to 1600px, however, the global containers of the header and body content align as expected.
So my questions are: (1) what is “site width max”, why does it exist, and why the the header and body content’s global containers do not align at large screens?
(2) What would be the implications of setting the “site width max” to a high pixel value, such as 1600px—I so not want to have the misalignment issue.
Thanks
