Single Layout lost after update

Hi team.

I followed all guides of update to 6. Unfortunately my single layout is now empty. I then reinstalled 5 and added return; to line 260 as per your guide. I now cant get into cornerstone at all and get a server error. Also if I navigate to the single post on the front end, its reverting back to the original layout that is shipped with the theme. I know the database must hold the information so how can I pull it through? I have also cleared cornerstones cache.

I cant publicly share the url because this is my own quoting system that has gone belly up.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

Hi Team,

I see that this is your stock standard reply. I can tell you with certainty it is not a plugin conflict, nor is it any customisation.

Its most likely version compatibility as this as happened after the dreaded auto update on multiple sites of mine. I will provide the login details again and would really appreciate if you could please log in and take a look. I have over 40 sites built with this theme.

Over the past few days I have managed to roll back even further to actually get the site look right on the front end but now Im having issues with cornerstone not even loading.

What is the name of the single layout that is missing? When I check the Layout Builder, I am only seeing this:

• see the secure note below.

Is the given site a staging site? Temporarily deactivate the Classic Editor plugin because this might be causing the issue that prevents the Cornerstone builder from loading.

Hi Ruenel,

If you open Proposal (or any layout/page etc) Cornerstone will not load. I did what you suggested and deactivated Classic Editor but that has not helped.

Can we update the 3rd party plugins first? It seems one of the plugins is causing this.

Hi Ruenel, thank you for your reply. Updating the plugins did not work but I updated to 6.2.2 and tht release has resolved the issue. Thank you for your help.
