Single Layout header is wrong

On my layout (front-end only) there is a non-cornerstone header at the top of my layout. Here is the setup.

  1. This is a new ACF post type

  2. the layout is assigned to that post type

  3. my header is assigned to that post type with a priority of -1 (I’ve tried more)

  4. The correct header shows in cornerstone

  5. The header being shown is not any of the three headers that exist. It is just a large image of the logo.

  6. I have cleared every cache imaginable.

  7. I am using the Starter theme

I am racking my brain on this one. I have done this a ton of times. I am also getting weird CSS anomalies in elements that aren’t coming from the build. Maybe this is connected. Could I have a corrupt build?

Any ideas? Thanks
