Could it be because we are using a lot of Classic Row (v1) and Classic Columns (v1)?
Or any other ideas?

I have checked the page and I found the issue you described in the video. It might be the problem with the Classic Elements, which is deprecated in the latest version. I would suggest you use the V2 elements to avoid this kind of problem.

Question regarding this topic.
We are having the same problem but have over 400 websites our company has created and manage that will need to be updated and each one is not small.
Is there any easier way to update from the classic elements to the V2 elements rather than going through each page and updating manually?
Currently we are not able to move or edit any of the classic elements. But I saw in another thread that these classic elements are still available to use. Please explain.
Any advice is appreciated.
Hello @ranchhouse . In the cornerstone settings you will see a toggle for “All Classic Elements” and that will allow you to edit and move elements. I am surprised we never offered a way to upgrade classics to V2 before, I will definitely get that on the books. Let us know if you have any questions! Have a great day.
