Show children control group on locked elements

It would be convenient to have the children control group available in the workspace of a locked element. That way you have a good overview of all the child elements it contains and quick access to them from the workspace.

@JvP, thanks for your feedback here. It looks like I need to review some of the behavior for our “Locked Element” status, because it is not seeming to be behaving the way I had spec-ed out initially. The idea of locking an Element is akin to how something like this would work in Photoshop: it stops any edits from happening to the parent or any of its children. It seems that currently when the Element is “locked,” you can still inspect and edit children, just not move them. Ideally, this state would keep you from being able to make any changes to the parent or its children, and you should only see an observer on the locked parent. I’ll have to review some of this workflow in general as it seems it didn’t get rounded out fully.

Well that makes sense. I think you have fixed this behavior in beta 3.

@JvP, yes the lock behavior has been cleaned up overall from a functionality / messaging standpoint. Might have a few mechanics that could be added or addressed, but overall I think the intent is much clearer now.
