Shortcodes not working?

Hi there!

Hope everyone is well! For some reason I’m not able to render shortcodes on my install. It just shows the plaintext. I’ve tried using both raw code element and a text element, but neither have worked. Been bashing my head against the wall trying to figure this out but not entirely sure why it’s happening. I even tried to add my own basic shortcode in to the child theme, but it doesn’t display that either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To help you with your concerns, we need to check your settings. I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • Exact page URL

Hello @Keanu,

I checked your custom shortcode, and it is working fine. However, I was unable to find the shortcode for the plugin. If the shortcode exists for the plugin, please contact the plugin author and ask them to make it compatible with the X/Pro theme. Please note that we do not provide support for third-party plugins, as this is outside our support scope.

I’m so dumb. My apologies for the wasted time. Lesson learnt not to trust google’s AI when searching for a plugin! Thank you so much for checking. Please consider this issue resolved.
