Short codes not working

Hi there,

I have a shortcode from the plugin SVG map pro. I’ve spoken to their support at length but I thought it was worth posting here.

Their shortcode works on pages NOT built with themeco cornerstone.

I’ve embed the same code on this home page under “MEMBER INSTITUTES”. And it doesn’t work.

Hello Kate,

Thanks for writing to us.

You can use the shortcode by using the Text element, Raw content element. I tried to access your given page URL but it is taking me to the 404 pages.

In case if it is not working for you please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact page URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

I have created a Test page added the [MemberInstitutes] shortcode into the Text block and it worked.

Thank for that but it not working on any other pages, is there a setting or something?

I’ve made your page a template and inserted it at the bottom of this page and it’s not working.

Hi Kate,

It seems that the Flexbox setting is the reason behind your issue, I went ahead and disable the Flexbox for the Column and the shortcode worked in the Contact page.
