Shop Title Integrity stack

Hi, can someone point me in the right direction for the shop title? I don’t have the option on the customise menu under woocommerce. I am using Integrity stack and currently don’t have a shop title showing but would like to add one.

Hi Jenni,

Thank you for reaching out to us. In integrity stack, you can find the Shop Title option in X > Theme Options > Integrity > Shop Options > Shop Title (see screenshot)

From there you can also set the Shop Subtitle. Hope this helps!

Hi, Unfortunately I don’t get those options when I go to Pro > Theme Options > Integrity
I only see the option to change the design from light / dark.

I can’t find a “shop” section anywhere and the woocommerce section doesn’t give me the option to change the title.

You should see more options when you check the Integrity settings in the Theme Options.

Can you please go over this document and apply the troubleshooting steps on your site ?

Most probably, you will have to make sure that the X/Pro and Cornerstone version on your site are updated and that there is no third party plugin that is causing the issue.

Let us know how it goes.

I’ve disabled all plugins and it doesn’t make a difference. I still only get the options shown above. Theme is up to date.

Having searched even further into the forum, it seems the issue is with the Pro header

Editing Icon stack shop archive title with Pro headers active

I turned off Pro Header and get a whole load more options on the theme customise. Why is this?

Hi Jenni,

Sorry for the confusion, it works like this, all the options in Theme Options > Header and other options in Theme Options has something to do with the header is for Standard Header.

The header that is built-in Pro’s Header Builder is not standard, hence you did not get the Shop Title option before.

So to resolve this, its either you use the Standard Header and set the Shop Title in Theme Options.

Or create a new (or duplicate existing) Header in the Pro’s Header Builder, and assign that Header to your shop page, by doing that you have full control to customize your shop header.
