When you drag an element near or onto a chart Cornerstone crawls to a near halt and becomes very slow and laggy.
What browser are you using? What were you dragging near the charts? Can you share a screenshot or template of your chart? This wasn’t really happening for me. Have a great weekend.
I’m not at my PC right now so can’t double check but I think it didn’t matter what element it was.
This was in Opera and recently I enabled some features in opera://flags to enable page rendering on the GPU. When the performance issue happens I do see the GPU temperature spike, so this may be related. I’ll share more specifics later.
Ok, it is due to the GPU rasterization setting in opera://flags/#enable-gpu-rasterization. With that turned off all is fine.
