Setting up a multilanguage site in Pro

What is the best practice when setting up a multilanguage site in Pro? I tried WPML, but could not make it work (the support said that only X is supported, but Pro is not). I need to translate all the site content, headers and footers and have a language switch in the main menu.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. WPML works with the Pro theme, you should have no problem using WPML and Pro because it’s a recommended plugin for translations (see https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility)

Thanks, but actually, it doesn’t help. Is there a tutorial on how to use WPML with Pro theme? As I said, I could not make it work, and the WPML support could not help because Pro is not officially supported.
