Setting up a Div in a header container

Hi guys
Can you help me with a direction on the right elements to achieve this?

I want to bring 4 columns into the header, which will link to their respective pages or sections. I want a 1.5 sec delay before their arrival and bring them up from the bottom. Do I use a div with a row >columns?

Thanks for writing to us.

You need to add a Row with a four-column layout to the Header bar container. To make an entire column clickable, go to Column → HTML Tag → set it as an “anchor tag” → add the link URL.

For delay animations, use the Effect module. Please refer to this documentation to learn more about setting delays.
