Server side returns showing in WP dashboard

Ever since I installed and validated X theme I’m seeing some strange text (not code exactly, to me it looks almost like server side return text from performing an action), and it’s showing up in a few different places in my admin dash. Couple of screenshots for you:

You are seeing PHP notices messages because you have enabled your debug mode. Please disable it instead. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page, you should no longer be seeing those message. If this is work working for you, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your wp-config settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP Hostname
– FTP username
– FTP password
