Scrolling sticks

Hello again!

My pages have been sticking especially bad on mobile but occasionally bad on desktop too. I’ve read through the forums and changed my footer height dimensions to auto but that doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue. I also had an animated sticky bar that I thought could be the issue as well and I removed it thinking it would help but nothing. Do you know what it might be?

I guess you have a scrolling problem on your website?

If that is the case would you please kindly do the tests below:

1. Please install this plugin to duplicate your homepage.
2. Go to your duplicated homepage and set the Page Attribute (Template) to blank - No Container | no header, no footer: https://theme.co/docs/page-settings#page-attributes
3. Test the front end after saving the page. It will remove header and footer and you will see if those are the problem causes.
4. If not, then try to remove the duplicated homepage sections from Pro builder one by one and test to see which section is the problem cause.
5. If you still have the problem, test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hello!

I’ve hidden both of my footer bars for every break point and that seems to have fixed the issue so I believe the problem is coming from the footer. I will send my credentials in a secure note. Any help would be much appreciated!

Once you have corrected the broken HTML we can do another round of tests because usually broken HTML codes will affect and messed the page and its page effects.
