Scrollable div only between sections

Hello,

We made a div on our website that needs to follow the user scrolling between 2 sections. It does scroll with the user but it does not stop when it hits a section, it just goes over or under it. First picture is the div, on the second picture u can see that it goes under the next section where we want it to stop.
