I’m not sure if there’s a technical reason for this, or whether it was a design decision – but I’d personally like to have the various Emphasis effects available for Scroll Effects too.
The build in/out animations you’ve included are great, but there are a variety of elements I’d love to be able to emphasize when they reach certain points on the screen too. I did something like this with the classic element animations, and had been hoping there’d be a replacement with this new hotness too.

Yeah it was on the bottom for me, but I prefer it at the top so dragged it there

Thanks for writing in! I’ve gone ahead and appended the special effects to the end of each “In” and “Out” animation list:
I did have these in initially, but removed them as I was concerned they might cause some confusion for some users since they’re not traditional in / out animations, but I can certainly see some usefulness for them as well. There is some potential to create some odd pairings, but that is the reality of putting them in the list and those things can be tweaked as users run into them. I’ve left them at the end to keep the focus on the paired animations up top, but they are available to use now and will go out in the next beta release.
