Scroll anchor shifts on page load

Hello,

I am using the x-pro theme, I have in my navigation a drop down with links that point to specific parts of a single page. When I click those links from the same page it scrolls to the anchor location just fine, but when i click it from a different page, it scrolls me to the location and then the layout shifts and i am nowhere near the anchor. Is there a way to fix this?

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects the behavior of the anchor menu.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
