Schedule page update with new content

Is there a way to make changes in the currently published page created with Pro but save the changes to go live at a scheduled date/time?

I have found plugins that work with WordPress posts and pages that are created with WordPress but it does not work/integrate with Pro. Any help on this is appreciated. Basically, I would like to make some changes to the page content but it cannot go live until some time in the future.

Hi @dshakya,

Thank you for writing in, unfortunately, Cornerstone has no feature that does that. But there is the condition feature, you can use the datetime expression to show an element on a certain date only.

For example, you have a pre-made section/element that you only want to show on October 26, 2021, so your condition would be {{dc:global:date}} after 2021-10-25 00:00:00 (https://prnt.sc/1xa1oy4). That element will only show on October 26, 2021 and will be hidden until then.

The workaround would not work as I have to edit the existing content. It would be great if the team came out with a solution to this problem. Would be great for the workflow where content needs to be edited, approved and published (at some point later in time).

Hi @dshakya,

I have checked the solution given by my colleague and it worked for me to show a section of content after the scheduled date. And the editing or modifying of the content of that section will not affect the date of publishing of the content.
