I have gotten this message when trying to update my Themeco: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account. .
My site is currently crashed and has been having all sorts of weird issues so not sure what to do.

The domain URL of your site must be assigned to the license code so that you can use the license to validate the X theme installed in your site. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:

– WordPress Admin username / password
