Safari text editor - cursor jumping around

Hello - when editing text in Safari (latest release) the cursor is jumping to the beginning of the text box. This is Pro 6.3.3 with Wordpress 6.2.2. This didn’t happen in the previous release so I’m going to roll back, it’s not usable as it is.

Thanks for reporting. I have replicated this issue on my site so this looks like a bug. I’ll post this in our internal issue tracker so this case will be queued to be investigate by our development team.

Please check our Changelog once an update is released.

Could you let me know when (or if) this gets fixed. I’m watching the change notes on each release, hoping I’ll see something which indicates this. I’m holding off on updating until then - I can’t handle the cursor jumping around!

Sorry Bill I remember this bug from Beta, but I guess the fix doesn’t work on Safari. I’ll take a look today and hopefully we fix next.

Let us know if you experience this in the next update. I did add a fallback for these issues too. See the filter below, however you shouldn’t need it after the update. Have a great day!

This fix is out now. Let us know if you have still have an issue with the cursor jumping around.
