Rubberbanding Mobile Scroll + Links behind div

Hey Guys,

as mentioned above, i have a problem with the scrolling on mobile on my clients site.

https://www.zum-funke.com/art/

its working fine on desktop, but on mobile, after a while of scrolling it’s kind of stuck and or “rubberbanding” for the lack of a better description, after zooming in and out its working fine again, but it’s a nuisance.

Could this be a problem with the fixed divs from the desktop version and is there a workaround? I really need this full hight fixed column/Div on the left side.

Second question: Is there any possibility to click the links (phone and mail) on the left side in desktop mode under the overlaying div that vanishes? Already tried CSS display none, opacity options, z-index, but then the hover instant is flickering or simply not working.

Thanks in advance!
Nik

Hi Nik,

Thanks for reaching out.
The scrolling issue occurs due to the second scrollbar appearing on your website. If you have not set that manually, the double scrollbar might appears if some of the element is taller or similar in height to its container. In that case, I would suggest you check by deleting the section of the specific pages one by one till the issue is fixed, and the last one you have deleted before the fix is the actual issue.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Heyho Tristup,

thanks for the reply, it was in fact an issue with the row settings.

Any idea about the links under the div?

Nik

Hey Nik,

We’re not quite sure what links under the div you are referring to, would you mind sharing more information? Providing screenshots or videos is a great help.

Thank you.

Hey Marc,

sure

the light grey phone numbers and email are linked in the div under the “hover div”.

On my research i couldn’t find a way to make them clickable through the div above.

Thank you so much and regards
Nik

Hi Nik,

You have set two different DIV one above another and set the above one show and hide based on the interaction. Although the DIV above is hidden, it is placed over the DIV under it and that is why you can’t click on the links.

What you are trying to achieve is required customization, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our service called Elite service, where we offer complex customization.

Thanks

I’ll look into that, thank you guys

Nik

You are most welcome Nik.
