Rows / Columns min-height question (why not?)

Ok. There is one annoying thing that is bother me a lot. Oftenly i m creating some creative web page designs inspired by dribbble authors. In this case i’m creating fullscreen sections with 100VH. So if there is 2 or more rows with 3-4 columns i just have to add min-height to every row and column, or create some classes.

I just wonder… why there is no min-height settings for row and columns?

Hi @Georgich,

The new Columns have a min-height now. The Row element has always just been a container that expands to make space for the Columns. It doesn’t have a set height. With the technique you’re referring to, it’s often helpful to add the min-height on the Section. This is really easy to do now with Element CSS on most any element:

$el {
  min-height: 100vh;
}
