Hi!
The Row element can be drag & dropped only in the Layout pane, but not inside the Content area.
I guess this is because it is actually a container, but it would be useful if it would be possible to move it around inside the builder.

Right, it’s because it is a Layout element. Presently we don’t allow drag/drop actions of Layout elements in the live preview. Now that we have nested content it does raise the question of whether we should reconsider this or not. I can’t say at the moment which direction we’ll take but we will keep it in mind.
