Revolution Slider not working youtube video backgrounf

Hello there, can you please tell me if there is an error with the latest version of Revolution slider with Pro Theme. In preview mode its working great, but not in front end. The site I am working in is https://www.bybenergeticos.com/

Hello Juan,

Thanks for writing in! The Youtube background video that is added in the section is working on my end. The video plays as expected.

For your revolution slider, you may not have used the background video correctly. Please check this documentation: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/configuring-the-background-layer/

The issue could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

Thank you, I have made the secure note, the video you can see is not in the revolution slider. But thank you very much with your help. I’ll look forward to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hello Juan,

There is a JS error on the site which is why the video is not playing:

www-widgetapi.js:759 Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://www.youtube.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('https://www.bybenergeticos.com').
n.sendMessage @ www-widgetapi.js:759

To get around this, you will have to add a Youtube argument origin=http://example.com/. Kindly check out this tutorial:

Best Regards.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate your help. I have been using Revolution Slider for many years. this argument didn’t work.

I mean, it was working before I ask you, but when I tried to save some changes, it appears an “ajax error” and since then its not working anymore. Maybe when they release a new version of the plugin maybe work again. Excuse my english.

Hello Juan,

Please also ask your hosting provider if they have prohibited any 3rd party video hosting such as Youtube from playing on your site.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
