Hey Loren,
I’ve deactivated all plugins except Cornerstone and Slider Revolution and the slider worked. This means that one of the plugins is the cause of the issue.

Please test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
I should not have deactivated the plugins in your live site but I have no choice. We’ll take another back and forth conversation if I recommended the plugin conflict test to you and it doesn’t work. Please do the plugin conflict test next time first to check if other plugins are causing the issue and contact the developer of the conflicting plugin for support. If the plugin conflict test doesn’t work, it’s recommended to copy your site to a staging server because troubleshooting could disrupt your live site’s operation or worse, break your website.
I’ve also activated the parent theme, by the way. That should be included when troubleshooting too.
Also, even though our theme’s blank container has no relation to the issue, please still use it as we do not support or cover issues that will result from the use of Slider Revolution’s blank template.
Thanks.
