Revolution Slider not appearing

Hi Themeco,
We have a multi-site where one of these websites doesn’t show any sliders.
It appears that the code is present and functionning, but ever since WordPress got updated, it doesn’t appear anymore.

Here is all the informations we have:

  • Since WordPress updated to 5.5.1, this is the only site that broke
  • The code is still present on the website and we don’t see any anomalies
  • We verified the all the codes throughout the website
  • We cleared the cache many times through our testings
  • We tested the sliders on different testing pages

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your Revolution Slider.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Thank for the fast reply.

Sadly, we have some restriction since it is a multisite.
I confirm that we tried the following:

  • Version Compatibility
  • CSS/JS Customization
  • Theme update

Thanks for updating in and for providing the information! I checked your homepage and I cannot see any indication that a Revolution Slider has been assigned or added into the page. Would you mind pointing use where should we look or where you are expecting the slider to display? Perhaps by sending us screenshots or illustration will help us start where to investigate why you think your sliders are not displaying on the pages of your site.

The client wanted it fixed ASAP, so we replaced the plugin temporarily.

We believe we have fixed it somehow. If it happens again and we can reproduce the issue, we will notify you.
