Hey @web_wa,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand you are experiencing a licensing issue with Revolution Slider, where it is showing as unregistered and preventing you from creating new sliders.
You are correct that Revolution Slider is included with your Pro license. However, the developers of Revolution Slider (ThemePunch) recently changed their policy for bundled versions of the plugin. Under their new terms, the copy of Revolution Slider included with the Pro Theme is now limited to a maximum of three slider modules.
This means you can continue to use and edit your existing sliders, but if you already have three or more sliders, you will not be able to create new ones without a separate, direct license from ThemePunch.
This is a restriction implemented by ThemePunch themselves for all bundled versions of their plugin across many themes [citation:4][citation:5]. It is not a bug or an issue with your Themeco license. Our developers are aware of this change and are in contact with ThemePunch to discuss it, but the plugin’s codebase is outside of our control.
What Are Your Options?
-
Work Within the Limit: If you have three or fewer sliders, you can continue to manage them normally. If you need more, you have the following options.
-
Purchase a Direct License: You can purchase a license directly from ThemePunch (the developers of Revolution Slider). A direct license will remove the 3-slider limit and give you access to their premium features and templates.
-
Consider an Alternative: You can use the native Cornerstone Slider element instead. This is a powerful, built-in option that is fully supported by Themeco and does not have the same restrictions.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
