Revolution Slider failing to load Instagram feed

Hello,

I’ve seen this topic in the forum, but it didn’t help my situation. It seems as though you may need to enter a token for instagram now, whereas before you didn’t have to. There is not an option to add the API/token code in this version of Rev Slider and I see there is a new version available. I’m hoping that it is in the newest release. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don’t see any API/token option from my end too and seems to be working. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials on a secure note? Please make sure your instagram account is not in private.

Now that I copied your Instagram username, it’s now not working too. I also found this thread https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/revolution-slider-instagram-feed-error/14666/2

From the previous version which I think the year 2016, there was already a token field for Instagram and according to internal discussion

“Due to the change in the Instagram API, there is no need to enter token anymore. All you need is just use the instagram username.”

But today, it looks like token is back and have to update the Revslider where the token field is available again. I’ll add this to our issue tracker.
