Please ensure that your WordPress Address and Site Address in Settings > General is the same the one you registered.

If that doesn’t help, please give us the following info in a Secure Note

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you for the credentials but where is your login page? I can’t access /wp-login.php nor /wp-admin. Please clarify.

I also can’t see demo content in pro that used to be on regular x theme

All demos are now under X > Design Cloud
