Rev slider not loading on ipad or iphone

it seems as if the banner is only loading the first slide but doesn’t not continue on the ipad or iphone. It s fine on desktop version.

Thanks for writing to us.

This might be the issue with the visibility of the layers in different screen sizes. Which you can find by selecting the specific slide layer and Visibility Options as described in the screenshot.

If that is not the case, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hey Ralph,

Thank you for providing the credentials. Under Module General Options > Advanced > Fallback Settings Alt. Image was set to On for mobile devices which was only loading the Alt. Image for mobile devices, I went ahead and turned it Off (see screenshot)

This has fixed the issue, please clear all caches including your browser’s cache and test your slider now. Cheers!
