Rev Slider not full-width until window resized

I have an issue with our slider (carousel) no longer showing as full-width until the browser is resized.

Similar to this thread: Rev Slider comes up left-justified until window resized

However, I’m not using rows in my sliders. So, unless I’m missing them, there are no row element settings where I can change the settings to 100% width as indicated in the other thread.

Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks
