Restricting site to an unusual format for signage?

I’m using Pro theme for a site that will be pushed to multiple internal kiosks and need to find out how the site’s format can be specified to 9:16 (that ratio is 1152px by 2048px).

FWIW and if this is helpful, we will use post sliders for the content.
Thanks.

Hi @mbpz,

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not very clear what you are trying to mean by that. I would request you elaborate it bit more to understand your queries.

Thanks

Sure…
In short, the monitor is portrait (9:16)and not landscape (16:9). For the purposes of this conversation, I’m using the pixel ratio of 1152px wide by 2048 pixels tall.

It would be helpful for the users (admin/editors etc.) to layout their content in a tall format rather than the usual wide format and I wanted to find out if Pro/Cornerstone could help with this.

Hey @mbpz,

I’m sorry but there’s only a little context in your post.

You said:

What exactly would “help” the editor users? Is it the builder’s layout? If so, you can customize your Workspace. For example, you can move the builder’s controls down the screen so instead of showing on the side taking up horizontal space which is annoying on a portrait monitor, your builder controls would be at the bottom so you can see more of your content.

If you’re referring to the actual layout of your site (frontend), there is no such thing as 9:16 layout because you cannot limit your content. You just set your Site Max Width in the Theme Options then let your content flow (no specific height).

If that doesn’t answer your question, please provide more context.

Thanks.
