Remove word 'post' from breadcrumbs

HI, I have 4 posts on my home page. I want to be able to use breadcrumbs. But the breadcrumbs show the home icon then the word ‘post’ then the actual post you are on.
How can I remove the unnecessary word ‘Post’ from the breadcrumbs?
