Remove image titles auto generated by PRO editor

Hey there,

We have the X-PRO theme installed on many of our child sites on a multisite network https://www.writewaypublishingcompany.com/ and one of the child sites is https://aaronvelky.writewaypublishingcompany.com/.

So, we have a lot of images added on the site and they have titles added under media(check screenshot1) but on pages, they have different titles (screenshot 2) which are most probably auto-generated by the PRO theme editor itself. I went through the PRO theme settings and didn’t find anything there about image titles.

Please let me know, how can I fix it or prevent the editor to auto-generate the image titles.
I appreciate that.

Thanks for reaching out!

I just test my dev environment and they don’t generate an image titles, there could be a plugin or custom code overriding the image titles.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
