Remove featured image placeholder on Pages without a featured image

Hi,

I’m just getting started with Pro and have been working on a Layout, which generally works fine. I have a Featured Image in a column, between the headline and content. This works perfectly fine.

However, some Pages don’t have a Featured Image and for these, a small image placeholder with “Image” appears. Is there a way I can keep the Featured Image, but display nothing at all if there isn’t one for a Page?

I guess you are talking about the post pages, If you want to hide the featured image if the featured image field is empty, this can be done using with the element condition and customizing your post layout using Layout Builder. I suggest that you check the video below.
