Recreating This Mobile Menu

Hello! I am trying to recreate this mobile menu pictured below for a different client’s website. The pictured mobile menu was a pre-made menu that came with a demo that I built off of, and this menu does not seem configurable; as such, I am having issues reverse-engineering it from scratch in Cornerstone.

How do I make a mobile menu with dropdown navigation that shifts all of the website content below it downwards similarly to this Queen of Cigar Art website?

I should also add that I have already made this navigation dropdown element (and entire header) that appears only on certain narrower breakpoints. So far, though, I am having difficulty making this dropdown operate like the Queen of Cigar Art website pictured in my last post.

Thanks for the very detailed post information. You can use the Accordion element and tweak it to mimic the Mobile Navigation since we do not have the specific element that works the same as what you previously have in Queen of Cigar.
